Sunday Detox: Pineapple and spinach juice
As promised; here is this weeks Sunday detox; Pineapple Juice with spinach, mint, ginger and green chilli! Oh yes! A bomb of an awakener in other words. Ingredients are:
- 1 bowl of pineapple
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1 small slice green chilli
- 3 dl water (with ice cubes if you want)
Throw everything in the blender, and voila: A juice that not only tastea good but which contain nutrients that will keep your body healthy, strong and young forever ;D Chili increases metabolism and helps prevent pain, spinach is packed with chlorophyll and iron which is good for the red blood cells, and also contains lots of magnesium that helps muscle contractions. Pineapple helps digestion and contains a substance called Bromelain that helps to prevent blood clots! 🙂 Enjoy!
