Lets just say; its been a rather turbulent year. After taking a hard look at 2016; there is no way around it: I am doing a major life strategy update! 2016 ended in a knock out: but not in the way I imagined it: it ended by me gettting knocked out by a Sunset Surf at Sunset Beach. And I think this just might have pushed a major reset button in my head 😀

For me, its truly time to learn from the past, and to move on from it. Its time to live in the present and enjoy every moment and opportunity without any apologies. Its time to look to the future with anticipation, thrill and exitement, without letting the past dictate the future, or let the future plans get in the way of today..! SO; for me there are no major new years training resolutions. These resolutions follow me all year anyway.. No, this time, a complete attitude reset is in progress.

Launching Elizabeth Killi version 2.0

1. Jan 2017 Im launching an updated version of my self. And maybe not in the direction that you might think, or even like. But after using the same old “what can I do for you”-“What do you need” strategy since I can remember. Its time for a switch. Here are some of the updates. Love it or hate it, but if you never change the way you try solving an issue, but still think you are gonna be able to get a different result, well than that way of thinking will get you nowhere. So Eizabeth 2017  will be less naiv, more focused on her self (yes you heard me) and less worried about what you might think of it. Dont say you havent been warned:

New Years Resolutions

  1. I will be honest about how I feel. For good and for bad
  2. I will do more of what makes me happy,  and do it unapologetically
  3. I will do much less of what makes me unhappy, also unapologetically
  4. I will not take responsability for everyone elses problems and issues anymore. Unless the issue is related to work, or you are family or close (you know who you are) you need to fix your own issues. Im not saying I dont feel for you. Im just saying I probably cant fix it for you
  5. I show respect to you when and if you show respect to me

You might feel this to be a bit harsh. But; this is in fact out of love, respect and belife in your capabilities as a human, and also for my self of course; in order to be able to be a solid, strong and focused trainer, a healthy daughter and sister, a happy, supporitve friend to my loved ones, and hopefully, a motivation here on my website.

Shape Up

Apart from this; all good! Anything training related. I am IN! Im exited to leave 2016 behind me and go all in in 2017. I am full of motivation, anticipation and hunger for this year to come. And I have lots of projects, work shops, training camps, travels, competitions and shows lined up. So its gonna be an interesting year. I hope to see you there along the way.
