Raspberry ice cream
Raspberry ice cream. This is one of my favorite things to eat as a dessert. Its super healthy, and works any time any place, any occasion. When I feel like something ice-creamy, but dont want to chug actual ice cream down, this is what I will make:
Raspberry ice cream!
- 400g of frozen raspberries
- 2 dl of cream (or, you can use coconut butter/oil if you dont want to use dairy products)
- a little teaspoon of powder sugar if you cant resist
- Mint leaves for decoration (you can also add a couple of leafs, the taste is super jummy with mint leaves
Add it all in your blender until its creamy as can be. Save just a few frozen berries and mint leaves as decoration and serve immediately. Voila!
